StudioShapeShifters is located in a beautiful studio at the base of Mount Sentinel. A relaxing waiting area provides a sense of calm upon entering the studio. Two changing rooms are available for clients unable to come dressed. Toiletries, brushes, combs, a blow dryer and curling iron are provided for those needing to freshen up after working out. The studio itself is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, including spinning bikes, a treadmill, and a variety of weight lifting equipment. Stability balls, balance boards, Bosu balls, tubing, bands and medicine balls are also available. Equipment used is dependent on each person and his or her needs. Easy trail access provides many outdoor cardio opportunities for those bored with working out indoors.
